還是£29,000！ 英國家庭簽證收入門檻短時間內不會增加
好消息！ 英國原定計劃在2025年初將家庭簽證收入門檻從現時的£29,000提升至£38,700；但內政大臣Yvette Cooper宣佈，為了平衡家庭生活與經濟效益，在內政部完成家庭簽證政策審查之前，此門檻暫時不會再進行進一步調整！ 這對很多想申請家庭簽證的朋友來說無疑是一個好消息！ 早前內政部提出家庭簽證收入要求從£18,600要增加至£29,000，若以現金存款來證明則需要證持有不少於 £88,500至少六個月。所有首次在今年4月11日後的申請，無論有沒有小朋友一併申請，續簽和永居申請時，收入都同樣只需達到£29,000就可以。在2024年4月11日前成功申請到家庭或配偶簽證的家庭， 則按照舊例£18,600的收入要求(如有一名子女則 £22,400, 其後每名子女再£2,400) 進行計算。 不論有關家庭及配偶簽證的問題，或英國各類簽證/移民/永居/入籍/商業/教育等方面的問題，歡迎諮詢Sincere Immigration專業的律師團隊！
